Ombi

Ombi requires 3 different containers to run: the Ombi application itself, a mysql instance, and a phpmyadmin container to set up the mysql instance. These can all be put into a single compose file:

services:
  ombi:
    image: ghcr.io/linuxserver/ombi:v4.43.5-ls195
    container_name: ombi
    restart: unless-stopped
    environment:
      - PUID=1000
      - PGID=1000
      - TZ=America/New_York
    volumes:
      - /var/lib/ombi/config:/config
    ports:
      - 3579:3579
    depends_on:
      - ombi_mysql
  ombi_mysql:
    image: mysql:5.7
    container_name: ombi_mysql
    restart: unless-stopped
    environment:
      MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD: #Create a password here
    volumes:
      - /var/lib/ombi/mysql:/var/lib/mysql
    ports:
      - 3306:3306
  ombi_phpmyadmin:
    image: phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin
    container_name: ombi_phpmyadmin
    restart: unless-stopped
    environment:
      PMA_HOST: ombi_mysql
    ports:
      - 2080:80
    depends_on:
      - ombi_mysql

The documentation on getting Ombi set up is located here. It will need to be pointed to the Plex, radarr, sonarr, and lidarr containers web interfaces to be able to actually request and track media.
